Associate Professor and Former-Head , M.Phil. & Ph.D. Programme

Dr. Dipa Mitra, Associate Professor, MBA (HRM) Department and Former-Head, M.Phil. & Ph.D. Program at Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, Calcutta University, and has 25 years of experience in academia and corporate training.

With a rich academic background such as Wharton School Certified, PostDoc. (Gold) Ph.D.(CU) M.Phil.(1stClass1st), Double MBA, B.Sc. (Maths). At present, she is mentoring 6 Ph.D. scholars. Under her supervision, 2 Ph.D. and 10 M.Phil. scholars received their degrees from the University of Calcutta.

She has received numerous grants (UGC, ICSSR, NRCT) and awards such as the International Honourable Award 2024 as Visionary Leader: Academician, Mentor, and Author (conferred by Asian Council for Education and Research, United Kingdom Global Accreditation, UK), Rashtriya Gaurav Award, etc.

She has authored 20 books and 60+ papers, published patents, and held international editorial and speaking roles in Oxford, , IITs, XLRI, etc., and chaired sessions at Harvard University.

Published 20 Books, 5 Book Chapters, 50 Research Articles in Management field along with 5 Bengali Novels and 12 Articles in Bangali.
